The Studios

The 25 square meter studios offer a small bathroom and a well equipped kitchenette.
The kitchen has a small fridge, a cooker with two hot plates and an oven. Hot water kettle, plates, cups, pots and a pan.
On request we provide a coffee maker and a toaster.
Iron and an iron board are available on request.
Hair dryer is available upon request.

Each studio has a private entrance from the staircase that lead directly to Sunna´s private parking and the street.
The 14 square meter bedroom has two single beds (90cm) Optional is a sofa bed that is turned into a comfortable bed for one adult or two children.

The room has a TV (the local channels),
high speed internet conection but no telephone. A public pay phone is located in the main building.
The window has blinds that block out the bright summer nights to ensure a good nights sleep.
The studios have wooden floors and are decorated in a modern style with light colors and simple but comfortable furniture.

All the studios are non smoking as our building in general. Smokers are advised to use the nearest balcony leading directly from the staircase.
The studios are on the ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. Please note that there is no elevator in our building.

The reception and breakfast area are adjacent to the 1st floor. A small convenient store with long opening hours is just around the corner.
The view from the bedroom is to the south, towards the sculpture garden, the Pearl and Blafjoll mountains. The view from the kitchen window and the small balcony is to the north, over the colorful roof tops of the old houses and on a clear day you can even see Snæfellsnes glacier.
During winter season ( from November until May) we offer the possibility of a long term rent. Housekeeping is provided on weekly basis and breakfast is optional. Please contact us at sunna@sunna.is for further information.
